N.B.K. Residence by Bernard Khoury

The 3 storey apartment resembles an independent house placed atop a building, rather than a conventional penthouse.

The furniture in my room now is old school French Provincial, including a single bed, night stand, dresser, and corner desk. I would like to re-paint the dresser black and take it with me to my studio apartment, but it would make a lot more money if I sold the whole set, soo!
While browsing for other options for standalone wardrobes and dressers (because my closet will be teeny-tiny), I fell in love with the idea of using a garment rack as part of my decor. Super cheap, super easy, AND it provides a place to store my shoes!

"It’s tough because, to be honest, they were envisioned as Him and Her — the idea of the male perspective and the female perspective. But, you know, in thinking about it, it’s like, okay, Olivier Assayas made a great film called Carlos that’s five hours long, and that’s the one I saw. There’s also a two-hour version of it that’s also really good, and most Americans saw the two-hour version. [Laughs] So it’s a situation like that. We saw the choices. The audience will be given the opportunity. They can see Him and Her, or they can see Them.” - Jessica Chastain on The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby
